For Example
On the purchase of a 2 million dollar home, a home buyer may or may not receive a gift or kick-back from their realtor. Whereas, a home buyer in the Junction using my buyer representation services would receive a kick-back equal to 30% of the commission I receive in connection with your purchase in the Junction community. If the co-operating agent commission was 2.5%, the buyer would receive a kick-back of $15,000.
