Hi, I’m John Schick, a Toronto based sales representative, licenced through International Realty Firm Inc., Brokerage, located near Don Mills and Eglinton. I love selling real estate and the journey that ensues each time I take on a client.
I joined Sutton Group in 2007 when I began my real estate career. I now choose International Realty Firm because of their long-standing reputation in mid-town Toronto as well as the resources and support which the Brokerage provides me.
Formally I worked with my father, Alan Schick, until just shortly before his passing in 2016. I enjoyed the time we had working together.
My focus is the residential real estate market, representing homeowners, home buyers and Landlord’s. Selling and leasing houses, townhomes and condominiums, including rental properties, and familiar with the residential tenancies act and requisite forms.
As a graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree, coupled with my previous work experience in the Film and IT industries and almost 15 years experience as a realtor, I believe the professional competency I have developed both through my education, and hands-on experience will enable me to provide excellent assistance in meeting your real estate needs. It will also offer me the outstanding opportunity to create success for you.
